Observation

In the first entry section of the Center is a hallway that leads to a meal/lunch room that has 3 high chairs and a red child size table. This room had multiple areas olong the flooring that apeared to have mold (blacK) and some areas had a orange/brown acumulation along the flooring and children are eating in this room at this time.
